Admissions Process

Please note, a $50 non-refundable application fee applies. 

1. Complete Online Application and Admissions Checklist
   • All students who apply for admission to Holy Rosary School must complete an application
   • You will be asked to create a Parent Portal account in our admissions system, Finalsite. For instructions, visit the Help Center.
2. Submit School Documents
   • Following submission of application(s), you will be able to log back into the Parent Portal to view your student's admissions checklist.
     • Each checklist item must be completed to finish your student's application process. Includes items such as, report cards, testing scores, current teacher reference, and more.

Age Eligibility

• Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old on or by August 31 for admission.
• Kindergarten students must by 5 years old on or by August 31 for admission.

Enrollment Priority

On the basis of space availability, priorities for acceptance of new students are in the following order:

1. Parish families* with children in the school
2. Parish families* with children new to the school
3. Non-parish Catholic families with children in the school
4. Non-parish non-Catholic families with children in the school
5. Non-parish Catholic families with children new to the school
6. Non-parish non-Catholic families new to the school 

Applying to Holy Rosary does not guarantee enrollment.

*Parish Family qualifications

Admission notifications for priority applications are released in February. Once accepted, you'll proceed to:

• Complete Enrollment Contract and submit fee: Accepted applicants will be notified of the date enrollment opens where the $550 non-refundable fee becomes due with the signed contract
• Attend New Family Orientation: Parents & guardians are required to attend an orientation for new families that takes place in the Spring - date and information sent with completed enrollment.
