Volunteer Opportunities
Holy Rosary School is a thriving community due to the incredible support of our families. We depend on the volunteer time from our families. It’s easy to get involved and help us accomplish our mission. Whether it’s being a teacher’s helper making copies, being a field trip chaperone, helping setup for the many school community events or being a committee chair for our school auction, there are many ways to be involved. It’s also a great way to get to know other families.
Volunteer Hours Requirement
Each two parent family is required to volunteer a minimum of 40 hours per family (20 hours per single parent households). Volunteer hours can be completed by one parent, both or with the help of a grandparent. If a grandparent is supporting your family with volunteer hours, all of their volunteer time must be in support of the school, in a classroom or school event.

Volunteer hours are recorded for time worked in June through May. Parents are responsible for entering Volunteer/Service Hours in FACTS via their Family Portal account, by June 1. Families that do not meet the minimum volunteer hours will be charged $30 for each unfulfilled hour on their School Admin Tuition Billing account.
